The whole process was very quick and easy even with the repairs needed to the original concrete. The crew were very organized, knowledgeable and friendly. Lynx just finished refinishing our in-ground pool deck and did an amazing job with what they had to work with. The concrete was 40-50 years old and very hard and uneven. They struggled to grind it flat, but with hard work got it done and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get this done. If you're on the fence and thinking about getting your floor coated, just do it. My floor had lots of pitting with some minor cracks. It's not just a coating of the floor it's a complete renovation. The links crew was fast and efficient and were able to explain every step of the process.

Great job. Seems to be a hard surface and it's warranted for 15 years. They ground down the concrete 1/4", then leveled it with mortar, then applied the final cote. They even applied 2 different coats for me-1 on my garage floor, and a lighter one on my raised surface.

Can’t recommend them enough! My patio had some major cracking and they made it look 10/10. Crew was great and could tell they took pride in their work. Sales was very reasonable when my project ran into an unexpected issue and required more extensive repairs. Customer service was on point and kept in touch before, during, and after the project. I am VERY pleased with our newly coated garage floor. The original concrete floor had become significantly pitted over the years (40?) since it was originally poured. The estimator (Matt) was very courteous and took plenty of time to explain the process and to answer any questions. He answered without using any mystical buzz words or catch phrases ... all in a manner that was easy to understand. Steve (site foreman) and his crew were friendly and respectful. Steve sported a genuine smile any time that I approached. The crew was respectful of the property and cleanup and site restoration were very thorough. They took the time to make sure all work was done in a quality manner and in doing so far exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Lynx to anyone considering concrete coating work. There may be other companies that are cheaper but I don't believe there are any that are better. The Lynx crew did an amazing job in my garage! I purchased a 30 year old home in Sylvania with a dirty and cracked garage floor. Just had my garage floor, back door slab, front walk and front door stoop polyurea coated by Lynx. From the onset, Nick the sales rep was very down to earth and personable. He really seems to know the product. The crew did a great job, were very professional, kept me up-to-date on the whole process, and left everything very clean. I did have to vacuum a bit after, as the flake they scattered ended up on top of things hanging on the walls of my garage, which I'm sure the crew did not realize. During the process, I also had contact with the co-owners who were both very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Everyone was very receptive to all of my questions, quickly responding. I give 5 stars for the look of everything I had coated and the whole installation process. Five stars also for the level of communication exhibited by everyone. I obviously can't comment yet on how the product wears over time, but I'm hopeful it will look great for many years!
